Custom Architectural Frames At The Lake Development

The Lake is a surf park multifamily development in Chesterfield, VA. We collaborated with architecture firm Liquid Design to create a series of custom architectural elements that enhance the development’s modern aesthetic. Our team designed and fabricated large-scale aluminum frames with inlaid perforated panels, integrating a custom LED lighting layout to illuminate each structure. As the focal point, we built a 12-foot circular aluminum ring lined with LED lighting, showcasing The Lake’s main logo with a striking halo effect.
